Services Offered
CPN Tradelines offers the following services: Credit Privacy Numbers (CPN), CPN Tradeline Packages, Authorized User Tradelines, Primary Tradelines, Business Tradelines, and Credit Repair Sweeps.

Payment Terms
Payment for all services is due in full prior to the commencement of services, as we are required to pay our vendors and partners in advance in order for them to render the requested services.

Guarantee/Refund Policy
All tradelines are guaranteed to post to at least two (2) of the three (3) major credit bureaus. If a tradeline fails to post to at least two bureaus, we will add a replacement tradeline of equal or greater value (whether measured by account age, credit limit, or both) as soon as possible. To verify posting, clients are required to set up a credit monitoring account so that we may access, view, and troubleshoot posting as needed. Clients are also required to obtain a three-bureau credit report to verify posting; the cost of these reports (typically ranging from $14.99 to $18.99) is the sole responsibility of the client.

Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled at any time before service has begun and before payment has been made to our vendors or partners on your behalf. Once service has begun or vendor payment has been made, the order can no longer be canceled. Please ensure you are fully committed to your order before submitting payment, as we begin work immediately upon receipt.

Client Responsibilities
To provide our services, clients must provide accurate and complete information, including full legal name, date of birth, and current mailing address. Clients are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide. Clients agree to use any CPN, tradeline, or credit-related service provided by us in full compliance with all applicable federal and state laws, and agree not to use these services to misrepresent their identity on any credit application or to engage in fraudulent activity. We do not provide services to individuals seeking to create a false identity or evade legitimate debts, and we reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to any client we believe is misusing our services for unlawful purposes.

Results Disclaimer
Results vary by individual and are not guaranteed. Credit outcomes depend on factors outside of our control, including but not limited to bank policies, credit bureau processing times, and the client’s overall credit profile and history. We do not promise or guarantee any specific credit score increase or outcome.

Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
