Personal information we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect the name, email address, phone number, and message you provide, along with which service you’ve indicated interest in (Credit Privacy Numbers. CPN Tradeline Packages, Authorized User Tradelines, CPN Number, Business Tradelines, or Credit Repair).
If you engage our services to set up a CPN/Credit Privacy Number or to be added as an authorized user on a tradeline, we additionally collect your full legal name, date of birth, and mailing address, as this information is required to register your file with the credit bureaus and/or to add you to an existing credit account. In some cases, we may request a copy of a government-issued photo ID to verify your identity before setting up a CPN or tradeline service. When collected, this document is used solely for identity verification and is handled with the same care as your other personal information.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, to set up and administer CPN/credit profile registrations, to add you as an authorized user or otherwise establish tradeline accounts on your behalf, and to communicate with you about the status of your order or service.
Who we share your information with
To provide our services, we may share your name, date of birth, and address with the major credit bureaus (Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion) for the purpose of registering a credit profile, and/or with the relevant card-issuing bank and primary account holder for the purpose of adding you as an authorized user on a tradeline. We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. If you request a password reset for any account on our site, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics (via Google Site Kit) to understand how visitors use our site, which sets cookies in your browser. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using tools such as the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
If you visit our login page, we set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies; it contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser. If you log in as a site administrator, we set cookies to save your login information; these last two days, or two weeks if you select “Remember Me.”
Media
If you upload images to the website, avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included, as visitors can potentially download and extract that location data.

How long we retain your data
We retain the personal information collected through our contact form and service setup process for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with our legal and recordkeeping obligations. We retain personal information for approximately 1 to 5 years following completion of our services, depending on the nature of the engagement and applicable record keeping needs
What rights you have over your data
You can request to receive an exported copy of the personal data we hold about you, and you can request that we delete personal data we hold about you, except where we are required to retain it for legal, administrative, or security purposes. Where your data is sent
Visitor form submissions may be checked through an automated spam-detection service. Your credit-related personal information, as described above, is sent to the applicable credit bureaus and/or tradeline partners solely for the purpose of providing the service you requested.
